Ben Hammer

Bio

Coach Hammer is in his second year as the Head Football Coach at Lely High School. He also teaches Social Studies and Physical Education at Lely for Collier County Public Schools. He moved to Lely from Rock Island, Illinois where he was the Head Football Coach at Rock Island High School for 6 years, before that serving in the same role at East Montgomery High School in North Carolina. Coach Hammer was born and raised in Peoria, Illinois - the son of Bob Hammer and Jennie Greenan. He played high school football at Richwoods High School and then collegiately at Illinois Wesleyan University where he lettered 4 times.
